Shop with Confidence – Easy Returns at Fabrizar

At Fabrizar, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and simple return policy that meets both our high standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.


Return Eligibility

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made teddy bears (unless defective)
  • Items labeled as final sale or non-returnable
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Return Instructions

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at help@fabrizar.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  4. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Exchanges

Need a different bear? We’re happy to help with exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us to begin the process.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@fabrizar.com. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
