At Fabrizar, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and simple return policy that meets both our high standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.
Return Eligibility
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product
- A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made teddy bears (unless defective)
- Items labeled as final sale or non-returnable
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Return Instructions
To request a return:
- Contact us at help@fabrizar.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
